International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Spanx products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact and attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Items must not be damaged or altered in any way

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Arm Tights™
  • Bralettes + Wireless bras
  • Bodysuits
  • Briefs and Boyshorts + Hipsters
  • Any intimate apparel or shapewear without original hygiene seals

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact us – Email our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for authorization – We will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package your items – Securely pack items in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and documentation.
  4. Ship your return – Send your return to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Wait for processing – Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchange Process

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage/defect. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

We accept returns from all served regions (global, excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for:
