When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email with shipping details.

Shipping

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

We ship globally to most regions, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Spanx products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact and attached
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• Items must not be damaged or altered in any way

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Bralettes + Wireless bras
• Bodysuits
• Briefs and Boyshorts + Hipsters
• Any intimate apparel or shapewear without original hygiene seals

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
